Ryder Cup players have been asked by their respective captains not to post on Twitter this week, but fortunately Joe Ogilvie has no such mandate, and he seems to think that Ryder Cup captains are not be as smart as they think they are. Here's his Twitter post on the matter:
"Obama's new Education initiative: make everyone a Ryder Cup Captain, science, math and SAT scores estimated to double overnight."
