Lawrence Donegan in his Guardian blog offered this amusing observation after the European Tour released its 2010 schedule on Monday:
"There were a few surprises, most noticeably that the tour appears to be the last institution on earth with confidence in the economy of Dubai."
Donegan noted the headline on the tour's news release: "The 2010 Race to Dubai announced."
"[The European Tour] appears to believe that while Dubai World doesn't have the money to pay off its creditors, it will have the $15 million (plus costs) needed to sponsor the Race to Dubai," Donegan wrote.
