Whatever has been responsible for Lee Westwood's inability to win in recent years probably isn't going to be fixed from his seeing a sports psychologist, given his general impression of them. Asked whether he would consider consulting one, he said Wednesday, "No, look at them all, they all look a bit odd, like they need to see somebody. I find it a bit hard to take anybody like that serious."
After a chorus of laughter, he continued. "Well, they do," he said. "I'm sorry. That's the way I see it. I've always felt mentally quite stable. Don't feel like I need it."
