When alma mater called on Josh Gregory last spring, the 1997 graduate at SMU couldn't turn her down. In the midst of winning a second straight NCAA title as the men's coach at Augusta State, Gregory made the difficult decision to leave the school and accept a new challenge in trying to build the Mustangs in a regular top-25 program.In this week's Podcast, I talk to Gregory about the move back to Dallas, the challenges he has faced during the transition and the pressure that comes with his new job given the expectations of the SMU faithful after his impressive run with the Jaguars.
