Kelly (left) was a member of an NCAA title team at TCU in 1983, before playing professional and then subsequently getting into coaching. She has been running the Buffaloes program since spring 1997. Hankins (right) is in his fourth year at Iowa after spending seven years at the men's coach at Michigan State and two seasons coaching the UT Arlington program.
