NOTES: Handicaps were determined in a number of ways:the U.S. Golf Association's Golf Handicap and Information Network, state associations, the musicians, publicists, friends and playing partners. Handicaps without decimal points are unofficial estimates. USGA's recommended maximum handicap is 36.4 for men and 40.4 for women.
