What's in my bag? Paul Casey

Missing Merry England
When I'm home with a week off, I dip into the classic dishes: pint of beer and a pie or fish and chips. My mom makes a great shepherd's pie. I went home for a week after Dubai, and it was snowing and miserable, and it hit me exactly why I left. Then again, England in the summertime is lovely. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
Put down that knife!
When the grips on my irons need replacing, I like cutting them off and ripping away the tape. I like getting my hands dirty. Though I don't put the new ones on. I'm slow, and it would take me a full afternoon. For some reason the Nike people don't like me wielding a knife.
Hometown victory
Winning the 2006 HSBC World Match Play Championship in Surrey, England, gave me a shot of confidence. I had been working really hard yet playing some pretty crappy golf the year or so before that. Plus, the event was 15 minutes from my house, so it was nice to win in front of friends and family.
Where's the guest locker room?
The one course I really want to play is Pine Valley. I know guys who'll take me, so it's just a matter of time. There are many East Coast American courses I haven't played and need to explore.
Driver
I play an 8.5-degree Nike SasQuatch Sumo driver. The shaft is a 44.5-inch Accra AXIV XC 75.
