App: Nicklaus' 'Golf My Way,' GPS all in one

There are range-finder apps for the iPhone (GolfLogix) and instructional apps (Golfplan with Paul Azinger). Now comes Jack Nicklaus' ShotView that combines the two, integrating his instructional series, "Golf My Way," with a range finder that utilizes the iPhone's built-in GPS.

Here are some of ShotView's features:

-- 26 different video lessons from "Golf My Way" streamed to the iPhone.

-- GPS range finder, providing distances to the front, middle and back of greens, as well as aerial photos with GPS distances.

-- Graphs that statistically analyze your game, including greens in regulation, driving accuracy and putts per hole and per green in regulation.

-- A personal caddy that is said to recommend clubs, based on your level of ability.

The cost is $24.99 and is available at the iTunes story.
