The Winners' Bags

Phil Mickelson at the HSBC Champions and Bo Bae Song at the Mizuno Classic

November 9, 2009

Phil Mickelson won the HSBC Champions event in China using Callaway's new Tour i(s) ball -- the first time Mickelson has used the sphere in competition. The i(s) has a lower compression and is softer than the previous i-series ball Lefty had been using. In Japan, Bo Bae Song captured the Mizuno Classic using a dozen TaylorMade clubs plus the company's TP Red LDP ball, as well as a pair of wedges from Honma.
