It always amazes me how much a house goes for at Pebble Beach. From the Wall Street Journal, here is a listing for a house on Seventeen Mile Drive that promises golf course views (though my reading of the listing is that the house isn't exactly on one of the fairways), and easy access to a private beach. All that (and much more) for only $31 million.
