Here's video of Tiger Woods' practice round, looking like he actually knows what he's doing

July 01, 2015

OK, OK, so it's just a pro-am, but the golf world is desperate enough for good news about Tiger Woods that it's hard not to get a little excited. After all, this is a guy who has failed to break 80 in three of his past 16 rounds after only doing that once in his first 1,107 rounds as a pro.

But on Wednesday, Woods looked sharp playing alongside Kentucky governor Steve Beshear on the eve of the Greenbrier Classic Pro-Am. According to those on site, Woods three-putted on the first hole, but played flawless golf the rest of his front nine.

Of course, those tweets prompted a lot of variations of "He's BACK!" reactions, as well as skeptical ones such as this:

Again, for a guy struggling as much as Woods, who has fallen to No. 220 in the Official World Golf Ranking, this has to be an encouraging sign. The PGA Tour recently put out video so see for yourself.
