Jessica Korda tweets to Taylor Swift, scores concert tickets in Japan
In case you were unaware, Taylor Swift, queen of magical lyrics, feelings, and every fire jam that'll be driving my summer playlists, is in Tokyo on tour promoting her album 1989. Jessica Korda is also in Japan.
Realizing their trips are overlapping, Korda harnessed all of the power social media holds, and tweeted the following out to Swift:
This actually isn't Swift and Korda's first Twitter interaction. After Korda's first LPGA win in 2012, Swift sent her a bouquet of flowers as congratulations, at which point Korda tweeted out a photo of the flowers and a thank you.
Maybe Korda will repay Swift for the concert tickets by getting her some inside the ropes access to an LPGA event or two.
