Nick Faldo on Rory McIlroy: 'Throwing 300-pound weights around not going to be good for your golf swing'

Rory McIlroy's appearance on the cover of Men's Health, along with a story on his fitness regimen, has sounded alarms, James Corrigan of the Telegraph writes. "Throwing 200-pound and 300-pound weights around is not going to be good for your golf swing," [Nick] Faldo said. [Paul] Azinger wondered about his motivation for doing so. "I just hope that he's not changing his body to his own detriment, because his body has changed since July last year," he said.
