If you're a golf fan who likes soccer, you might be interested to know that the BMW PGA Championship Pro-Am at Wentworth on Wednesday has become a who's who of former soccer stars. They're all retired now, but not that long ago, plenty of teams would have given anything to have these players on the same patch of grass at the same time.

Rory McIlroy, a life-long Manchester United supporter, played with club legend Peter Schmeichel. That seemed to cheer him up.

Two former Chelsea strikers, Andriy Shevchenko -- who recently tried his hand at professional golf himself -- and Gianfranco Zola appeared alongside Rory McIlroy.
