Trending: Top 10 winning putts on the PGA Tour

March 24, 2012

With Tiger Woods tied for the lead at the Arnold Palmer Invitational after 36 holes, the attention now turns to his ability--or inability as of late--to finish. We've been hearing it for the past two-plus years, but with Tiger inching closer to his first victory since his self-imposed sabbatical, the pressure is rising.

The irony, of course, is that Tiger Woods is one of the most clutch performers of all-time. Consider he has won 33 times out of 41 chances when leading after two rounds. And while that statistic might seem rather insignificant these days, as has been said many times, he only needs that one win to get his swagger back. As he gets closer to finishing, so does his game, and despite a public concern for his putting, I wouldn't be surprised to see Tiger sink a big one to win at Bay Hill in dramatic fist-pumping fashion (just don't pump too hard, we wouldn't want you to get hurt again before the Masters). So to re-inspire Tiger into, well, a Tiger-esque moment, here is a look at the top 10 winning putts on the PGA Tour. While this list excludes majors, I would like you to take note of No. 2. Namely, who and where it is.
